Ventana is a luxurious villa with sophisticated appeal. Sitting on over two acres of land, the villa offers gorgeous views of the Caribbean and Charlotte Amalie Harbor, dotted with its numerous sailboats and large cruise ships. The beautifully decorated Great Room is equipped with its own baby grand piano and flanked by a covered balcony with hammock on one side and a roofed alfresco dining room on the other.

Above the Great Room are two, private master bedroom suites with king beds, Cable TV, phone and marble bathrooms. Another king bedroom suite is located on the lower level and comes with a private verandah, sitting area, phone, Cable TV and large marble bath. For extra seclusion, the fourth bedroom with twin beds is located in a private cottage near the magnificent horizon pool. Ventana is also available for weddings (maximum 45 guestsfor reception). Add a $1000 surcharge to the rental rates for 7-8persons as above, high and low season. A $1500 fully refundable damagedeposit is also required. We require that you give us, well in advance,complete details of all wedding or function plans, including all namesof wedding personnel and/or catering persons who will be at this villafor your function...this information must be provided to us as part ofyour rental Terms & Conditions. Guests will be held completelyresponsible for any damages, missing items, and will be charged iftheir caterer/chef does not complete a full clean up of the villaproperty inside and outside, including removing all trash from thevilla property. Please ask to see complete details and our agreementfor these functions.

ALL RENTAL RATES ARE baseD ON TWO PERSONS PER BEDROOM AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX of 8% (eight percent). A 7-night minimum stay is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5-7 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10 nights during the Christmas/New Year's season. A 50% deposit is due at reservation, with the final payment due 60 days prior to arrival.
