ALL RENTAL RATES ARE baseD ON TWO PERSONS PER BEDROOM AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The rental rates listed above do not include 5% GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX AND 3% SERVICE CHARGE. A 7-night minimum stay is required YEAR ROUND, and a 14-night minimum stay is required during the Christmas/New Year's season. Fractional rates are prorated on a daily basis, subject to availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  A 25% deposit of rate is due to confirm the reservation. Guests cancelling 90 days or more prior to arrival will be charged 25% of gross rental fee as cancellation fee. Guests cancelling 90-30 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of gross rental fee as cancellation fee. Guests cancelling 30 days or less prior to arrival will receive no refund.
