Master Chef Burton Peterson has always had deep love and propensity for cooking. In fact, he has the inherent ability to make a simple meal look and taste marvelous!

Chef Peterson has been a fixture in his hotel and restaurant business for the past 32 years. He graduated from the Industry Training Program in 1983, but his interest and involvement in the industry goes further back. He is a member of the New York Hotel and Motel Trade Councils, and has successfully completed the Hilton Guest Satisfaction Training Program at the Waldorf-Astoria.

Chef Peterson's dedication and love for cooking is essential to his success.

Please let us know if you're interested in having your villa stocked with snacks and essential food items prior to your arrival. Many guests are exhausted after a long day of traveling and don't want to go to the grocery store their first day on the island. Contact Blue Escapes to pre-arrange this service, which costs $25/hour (minimum 2 hour fee), plus cost of groceries.
